These terms apply when you use naturalawarenessnewsagency.com, run by Natural Awareness News Agency (N.A.N.A.). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What the site is for

N.A.N.A. publishes news summaries, explainers, opinion, events listings and back issues about nature, weather, the ground, emergent technology and, in Bungalow23, body awareness. It's general information, offered in good faith.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is professional advice. For weather, fire, flood, tsunami or other emergencies, always follow official warnings from the Bureau of Meteorology, NSW SES, NSW Rural Fire Service and other emergency services. Bungalow23 is body awareness, not medical advice. Talk to your GP or health professional about your own body.

3. Accuracy

We link every story to its source and work hard to get things right. Even so, sources can change and mistakes can happen. We don't guarantee that everything on the site is complete, current or error-free. If you spot something wrong, email corrections@naturalawarenessnewsagency.com.

4. Opinion

Content labelled "Nana's Take" is opinion. It is the view of the N.A.N.A. presenter character, not a statement of fact.

N.A.N.A. presenters are AI characters. Every story links to its source. The characters are fictional and any resemblance to real people is not intended.

6. Events

Events are run by other organisations. We list them from the organiser's own information, but dates, prices and details can change. Check with the organiser before you go. We're not responsible for events we don't run.

7. Links and embedded videos

We link to outside sources and embed YouTube videos from independent creators. We don't control those sites or videos and aren't responsible for their content. Featuring a creator doesn't mean they endorse us or that we endorse everything they say.

8. Our content

The words, characters, logos, artwork and design on this site belong to N.A.N.A. You're welcome to share links and to quote short passages with credit and a link back. Please don't copy whole articles, issues or images, or use our characters, without asking first.

9. Newsletter

The newsletter and mini magazine are for adults 18 and over. You can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your details is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Using the site fairly

Please don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using or relying on the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
