High-dose vitamin B6 is coming off the open shelf. Over 50 mg, you'll need a pharmacist. Over 200 mg, a prescription. There are 125 high-dose products on the market right now, and the changes start in June 2027. The regulator got 248 submissions, and 231 people wrote in about their own experiences.
Good. I mean that.
But the UK put B6 doses over 50 mg a day on prescription back in 1997. Nineteen ninety-seven, love. I was nearly thirty and had a perm. So why did we need decades more, and a pile of letters from people who got sick, to get here?
