From September, the first 100 of more than 320 medicines can be dispensed sixty days at a time. The government says six million Australians will benefit, with the rest rolling out by September 2024.
Here's the bit I found further down. Two-month supplies were recommended for 143 medicines back in 2018. Five years, love.
Pharmacists will have their say, and I'll hear them out, because my chemist knows my name. But I want to know who sat on a 2018 recommendation, and why. Saving people money shouldn't take half a decade of paperwork.
