Storm season's knocking on the door just over the border, petal, and October storms have a habit of wandering. It's a good week to clear the gutters, tie down the trampoline and pop the car under cover if a hail warning goes out, and maybe give the neighbours a wave to make sure they've done the same. After a dry spell, wouldn't it be lovely if the rain came gentle enough for the garden to drink it in?
